Emergencies can happen anytime, anywhere. Our staff are experts in treating and caring for patients who are in need of emergency care. At Fairview Ridges Hospital, you are in capable, compassionate hands. You have access to a team of experts including board-certified/eligible emergency doctors 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week.
The emergency team has access to resuscitation equipment, an intensive care unit, on-site surgical staff, digital imaging including x-ray and CT and other tools needed to treat you in an emergency. All of these tools are there to help improve the quality of your care.
We have a pediatric-focused staff of physicians, nurses and caregivers who have an interest in pediatric emergency medicine. Approximately 20 percent of patients seen in the Emergency Department are pediatric patients.

When to Go To the Emergency Department at Fairview Ridges Hospital
If you have any condition you believe will harm you if you don’t see a doctor soon, you should go to the Emergency Department. Call 911 for an ambulance if you have a medical emergency that needs immediate attention.
You should bring a photo ID (driver’s license, passport, state or military ID are acceptable) and your insurance card to the Emergency Department (if possible).
