Cardiologist Stephen Battista, MD, earned his medical degree from University of Texas Medical School, Houston, Texas.  He completed his residency and an internship in internal medicine at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas, Texas. He completed a fellowship in cardiology at University of Massachusetts, Boston, Mass., and a fellowship in interventional cardiology at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minn.
