Mammography and Diagnostic Services
As women age, changes in breast tissue occur. Most of these changes are normal and are not signs of breast cancer, but using mammography and other screening methods for early detection and diagnosis saves thousands of lives each year. The Women’s Imaging Center at Fairview Ridges Hospital provides a full range of breast screening and diagnostic services. Our specialists offer a comforting presence, with years of experience in breast imaging. National guidelines recommend that women 40 and older have a mammogram every year.

An onsite radiologist who specializes in breast health interprets diagnostic tests and determines if additional testing is necessary while you are still at the clinic. From preventive and diagnostic breast care to a diagnosis of breast cancer, we coordinate an array of breast services and programs that take advantage of the latest in research and technology. We are with you every step of the way, and answer your questions as they arise.
